By downloading, installing, or using LASIDO ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
LASIDO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
LASIDO offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Subscription prices may vary by region and are subject to change. For refunds, please contact Apple Support directly.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of learning to read music. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the App.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and code — are owned by Cyril Chandelier and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyril Chandelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
